The findings showed a weak negative correlation between social media and emotional intelligence (r= - 0.29,p<.05) weak positive correlation between social media and marital satisfaction (r=0.078, p >.05) and moderate correlation between emotional intelligence and marital satisfaction (r=0.4,p<.05) among married females.
